Introduction
The Guardian Medical Logistics Partner Resource Center (GML PRC) is a private portal of communication created specifically by Guardian Medical Logistics for your company. With the GML PRC your company will be able to gain access to private, important, and confidential information in a secure manner.

Guardian Medical Logistics is committed to protecting both the privacy of the information provided through the GML PRC and the privacy of your information. This Privacy Statement summarizes the policies of the GML PRC regarding the use of your data and the security measures Guardian Medical Logistics employs to protect such data.

Personally-Identifying Information
Excluding your log-in, password, and email address, Guardian collects no personal information through the use of the GML PRC. The GML PRC can be used as a “read-only” website, that is, after you log in to the system, you are not required to submit any data.  You have the option of subscribing to email alerts and also submitting service requests through this system if you so choose.

Non-Personally Identifying Information
Non-personally identifying information such as IP address, browser type, and access times may be gathered and used anonymously and in the aggregate for quality control, service assessment, and security reasons.

Information Security and Integrity
To prevent unauthorized access, maintain accuracy of data, and ensure proper use of information, Guardian Medical Logistics has put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial security procedures to safeguard all information collected online. In addition to requiring all clients to sign in with a unique username and password, all sections of the site employ industry-standard SSL encryption.

User ID and Password
All the information assigned to you during the registration process is associated and protected by a User ID and Password that we assign to you.  You may elect to change your password at any time. To help protect your information, you must:

• Keep your User ID and Password confidential; and
• Contact Guardian Medical Logistics immediately at 314-576-7766 if you know or suspect that your User ID or Password has been compromised.

If you forget your password, or suspect it may be compromised, please contact your Guardian Account Manager or call 314-576-7766 as soon as possible. We will assign you a new password which you may change. As with before, keep this new password confidential.

Guardian Medical Logistics reserves the right to change Usernames and Passwords at any time to protect the security of the site.

Guardian Medical Logistics reserves the right to modify or amend the GML PRC Privacy Statement at any time and for any reason. If this Privacy Statement is amended for any reason, we will post those changes here so that you will always know what information we collect, use, and, under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it.
